These guys are rude and absolutely thieves. We recently purchase 1000+ sq ft of hardwood floor from them. Not only the lady (Vicky) always tried to up-sell us more expensive floors, she was very impatient when we finally picked a cheaper one. When the floors were delivered, about 15% of the boxes were opened, and had paint residuals, pen marks, and open wrappings inside. My contractor called them right away and we even went to the store in person asking to return these boxes. They were extremely rude and didn't offer us any solution other than saying no, you can't return. And at the end they just stopped talking to us entirely. These useless floor costs us over $1000 and they would not help us at all. When i asked them to give me manufacturer contact information, they wouldn't even provide that. We had no choice but to leave that place. Absolutely the worst, Vicky and her boss are crooks and thieves.
